Velaki rises as a proposal of well - beingsailing , directed to those who love to join entirely to nature and who want to recreate a greater selfcontact.
During the sailing boat cruises, as during the other travel proposed by us, we organize seminars, Reiki treatments, and its mastering, relaxing treatments, music and free dance, both at sunrise and sunset.
The choice of sailing, of anchoring in solitary bays, will help us to re-create that thin bridge which unites men to creation, making us discover sailing as meditation form.
The most sporting guest, on board, can collaborate to the steering of the boat, together with the skipper, obtaining, in this way, the first practical knowledges of the tecniques of coasting and on high sea sailing.
On request: cuisine, knowlwdges of natural feeding and above all...so much sun, sea and large wind!

Greek ionian sea

We have chosen the isles of the greek ionian sea for their beauties, scents, lights, for the contrast among the green of their vegetation, the deep blue of the sea and light blue of the sky, for their enchanting bays and characteristic harbours, where it's possible to anchor and carry out the activities of "wel being", proposed by Velaki.
Rarely does the wind blow with a strong intensity in summer, there fore sailing is very delightful, indeed.
Port of shipment and landing:
The cruises will start from Gouvia Marina (Corfù), a famous isle for its secular sailorly tradition and for its historical past, which is testified by numerous byzantine churches, fortresses, monasteries.
Each sailing and landing will start every week from /to saturday, from june to september.
The other ports of sailing and landing are: Platarias (Igoumenitsa), Porto Gaio (Paxoi), Levkas (homonimous isle), Sami (Cephalonia).
Sailings for "Long weekends" are possible during the months of may, first half of june and september.
Time for sailing/landing: 5 p.m., 9 a.m.

The cruise tarifts on board of "Voreas Velakì", Sun Odyssey 45.1 include:
1) arrangement in 4 double cabins with two bathrooms and shower.
2) Use of bed and bath linens
3) Use of kitchen, tender fuel, electric power (220 v) in navigation, max 500 w. GPS, V.H.F. D.S.C. EPIRB. Internet forecast on P.C radio - cd player
4) Skipper, possible hostess, insurance Full Kasko, final cleaning and visitors taxes
5) Initial storeroom on board, bio breakfast: biscuits, muesli, bicuit slices, jam, milk, barley, coffee, tea, brown sugar. All from byologic agriculture.
The Velaki activites include a head:
1) a basic Reiki treatment a day
2) by choice and antistresses massage with essential oils, or a visage treatment (only for july and august).
3) Reiki mastering of I and II degrees at sunrise and sunset optional guided meditations with music and dance and for the most sportguests basic knowledge of sailing.
Courses of nutrition and biological cooking upon request.
The cruise fees on board of "Voreas Velaki" Sun Odyssey 45.1 don't include:
Carriage from/to the ports of shipment. Water supply for services, laundry, diesel, mooring in seashore, lunch, supper and drink supplies. All those items will be paid by the guests trough a reserve fund made by the guest at their arrive on board, where, from the skipper and his assistent, are excluded. For further Reiki treatment, massages, visage treatment, the extra charge is € 30.
The perfect sailor luggage
Small soft bag, sea clothes, light wind cheater, plush or pile sweather, bath sponge or pareo, sandals and rubber clear sole shoes.
On board you'll find
Sheets towels, cushions and blanchets, byodegradable dish detergent, first aid kit, library.
Suggestions
Don't forget sunglasses and a headgear , high protection sun cream , bath shampoo for seawater (available in nautical item shops)
A note
The cleaning of the boat is done by the crew. The guest shall provide for that of their own cabins and, by turn, for the preparation of food which, in this way, it becomes a chance of a musement and socialization.
The skipper is always at your disposal he has the faculty of changing the program of navigation due to bad climatic conditions, to protect the safety of his passengers.
